Juan Anguiano

Had called Juan on 9/05/13 to meet and give us an estimate. He called and said he would come by on the 11th and would give us a call when he was on his way. Juan kept his appointment. We let him know that we wanted to have four 7' pillars. Materials would either brick or stone, to give us an estimate for both and to email them to us. He seemed more interested whether the gates were going to be made of of rod iron or chain link. We let him know it wasn't going to matter, since the gates were not going to be attached to the pillars. We show him a picture of what we like with brick, but the color choice would be different. We share with him where could actually see the photo project.. And we asked him if we could have the estimate within a week and we wanted to have it done by the end of September or started . He said he could. He offered no references. We did not hear from him and called left a message. Then called again twice the second week of October. We had no response. Very disappointed in how we were treated. Very unprofessional!

We were really happy with the work. A year later, when something had to be adjusted, he stopped by and fixed it for us.

Our front and back porch had settled over the years. After several attempts to find a company that would provide a cost-effective solution to fix our front and back porch, a neighbor gave us a reference. After contacting Juan, he stopped by in less than an hour to provide an elegant solution at a reasonable price. Juan bills himself as a and quot;Masonry Artistand quot; and after watching him work and seeing the finished product, we couldn't agree more. During the estimation process, we described the basics of what we looking for, then Juan described what he could do and was even better that we'd ever imagined. Our front and back porches look so much better than if we'd gone a more expensive route and simply removed and replaced them with newer cement porches. They are truly works of art and our neighbors agree. He and his two co-workers worked very hard to please and stand behind their work.
