 + -1 moreWe received a phone call within 24 hours. An employee showed up the next day at the predicted time to give us an estimate. Very professional and friendly. After the reasonable estimate the work was scheduled. Our job proved to be a little tricky but it turned out great. I would hire Gates Electrical Service again. Prompt and they did what was promised.
Description of Work: We needed some two outlets on the outside of the home for some upcoming landscaping work. We had a time line before the landscaping was to begin so we needed timely work.

 + -1 moreIt went very well. The worker that was sent was very pleasant, and if he had a question about what needed to be done, he either consulted the owner, or asked me how I wanted it done. We were very pleased with the work that was done, and the response from the company once we had called them to give an estimate for the job.
Description of Work: Moved several outlets, rewired so that TV hookups above fireplace do not show, hung pendant lights in kitchen and dining areas from cathedral ceilings, relocated bathroom outlets.

 + -1 moreI have had at least 6 visits from them. The best part is they come right away. I like the speed of their services. During the last visit I told them I had an outage. He looked around and realized that the switch in my bathroom needed to be reset. I was just so pleased that he did it so quickly and basically just charged me for a service call.
Description of Work: Electrical services. I had not had any electricity in my upstairs all winter.
