Awesom cleaning job. Had some tough areas and stains but they worked until they got everything perfect. Carpets look brand new! Had living room, dining area, sun room, 3 bedrooms and hall all cleaned.

Bill and his crew did a fabulous job cleaning the carpet. They identified the pet urine spots in the dark carpet and removed those. The pet odor is gone! I have used American Dream for my carpet cleaning at our other home also and they got out stains and cleaned the carpet beautifully! Their state of the art equipment is much more effective than other carpet cleaner's equipment that I used prior to finding American Dream. He is very professional, caring and conscientious.

The gentlemen were prompt, professional, and courteous. They went through the rooms, used the black light, and ran through different options or scenarios. They were fairly flexible with my budget and gave me good advice for afterwards. They also provided a sheet with tips for future stain removal. The business owner followed up afterwards to make sure the service was good.

Bill came to fix it but it did not work. The glaring seam problem is still there, he called me several times to make sure I was delighted and I said no. THEN, he charged me 40% more than he had quoted because he said it was a larger space than I had said. I got a postcard today offering a $50 discount for their friends, and "I will be totally thrilled or I won't owe them a dime". I had dropped this until I got the postcard and I just do not anyone else to be deceived.

We had tried the rug doctor to clean dog urine from our carpet and the stains kept reappearing. We called Bill and had him come over. Not only did the stains disappear but our house smelled amazing! He's very professional and very passionate about his job. I would never trust anyone else! We also love that he uses green products. Highly recommended American dream!

He is undoubtedly the best guy for carpet cleaning I have ever had. I can’t say enough great things about him. As a person, he is a wonderful guy. The carpets are so clean and he is able to really focus on getting spots out if there are troubled areas. He charges a little bit for that but not very much considering what he can do to a carpet. He provides a spot cleaner with a very expensive folder that explains how to take spots off your carpet. Like when you spill coffee, he has a very detailed process to get that coffee stain out which actually happened to me. I just followed the program that he said and the checklist, I was able to get the stain out. He also told me that if the stain will not be totally cleaned and form a shadow, he will come back and clean it again free of charge. He is just really generous as far as his services are concerned. He really looks out for the care of my carpet. The price was very much in line with what he did.

Went ok once there. Scheduling along with dependability could be improved.

What a super experience. We were referred to Bill and American Dream by our builder. American Dream was prompt, courteous and did an unbelievable job on our carpets. Wade and Steve were on the job and we couldn't ask for more friendly workers. They spent almost 3 hours and the carpets were not only clean but almost dry by the time they left. They took the time to really extract much of the water.

We chose American Dream based on the reviews on Angie's list and we're so glad we did. Bill was great to work with in setting up a time that worked for my schedule. Bill called to confirm they were coming and showed up right on time. Bill and his two crew members are very personable and polite. It had snowed a little the night before and they even brought their own rugs to wipe their feet on every time they came into the house. Talk about thorough! I was watching them off and on and they really took their time on each of the carpets. The members of his crew really took their time to make sure our carpets were clean as new. They are so proud of their equipment and explain how everything works and why they think it does the best job possible on your carpets. Bill then comes in and personally inspects everything to make sure his crew and myself were pleased with the results. I can't imagine why anyone who has used Bill's American Dream Carpet Cleaning would ever use anyone else again. I know we won't. Do yourself a favor next time you need your carpets cleaned and use American Dream!

I was desperate and Bill worked me into his schedule. I really didn't think he could clean the spots, but he did. I have waited a few days to write this review, just to make sure the stains were really gone. I was a new customer and was treated with the utmost respect and kindness. He explained everything and called before coming. Definitely the best carpet cleaner I have ever used.

They were great. They were very thorough and had great attention to detail.

I had scheduled with Bill a month in advance. Of course, I had to call and reschedule and he was extremely accommodating. Bill, Wade and Steve showed up when they said they would and cleaned my rental house. It took them a half hour and then he took me over what they did. They showed up at my new home later and the difference it made! I LOVE THE WORK THIS COMPANY DID! I am so impressed by how clean my carpets look! They were able to get out most of the stains in the carpet. You could see the how gross my carpets were when they were cleaning. Bill, Wade and Steve were so nice and worked so hard to make my new house's old carpet look great. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

In short, fantastic. Bill was personable and explained everything clearly. Our carpets and rugs definitely smelled cleaned and looked much better. We will undoubtedly use his company again.

Bill and his team showed up and took over an hour identifying the problems spots in our carpet. It was a very thorough job. Once they were done they provided us with options (including price) on how to remove the stains. We ended up needing a deep flush in certain areas and enzyme treatments throughout the house. The service was great, the carpets looks great, and the whole house smells like fresh laundry. I will definitely use them in the future for all my carpet cleaning needs!

Bill fit me into his schedule so the work would be done before my company was scheduled to arrive. He arrived promptly, went over what I needed to have done and gave me estimates of what each additional process would cost i.e. pet urine issues. The job they did was exceptional, I couldn't be happier. The best part of all was dealing with someone who is both polite and professional. He treats his co-workers with respect and treats your home like it was his own. I have used American Dream in the past and certainly will continue to do so. I would highly recommend them.

Called American Dream in preparation for listing our home for sale and cleaning was scheduled that same week. Did a terrific and thorough job in all areas -- carpet looks like new again -- we're very pleased with the results. (Even the realtor was impressed.) The company excels in its professionalism, quality work, and outstanding customer service. This is the second time we've hired them and we would call them again.

Bill was able to accommodate my schedule, he was on time and very efficient. This property is a rental, the carpets were in bad shape. He made them look like new! Saved me thousands will definitely hire him again for my home as well as the rental.

The best part about American Dream is that Bill will take care of you and if you are not totally happy you do not owe him a dime. He is the first company I have ever had that took extremely good care of all of his customers. After he left, the carpets looked amazing. I am very happy and lucky to have Bill as my carpet cleaner. I have already told many friends and family members about him and I plan on using him again in the future. The nice thing about telling my family and friends about how great Bill's carpet cleaning is, is that I recieve %10 on all referalls. He told me that one client had made around $900 in one summer! I know a couple of my family members plan on using him and that means that the next time I have my house cleaned I will have a big chunk of the bill already taken off for my referalls. He is the nicest, well-rounded person I have ever met, I could tell he takes care of all of his customers and LOVES to clean carpets.
