The Best way to reach me is by email. Mrkrazykreationz@gmail.com. I might take a day to get back to you so if your are wanting something done sooner than later please let me know in your email. I do not answer the phone while I'm with a client I find it very Rude! I would also need good times to call back. Most of the time I get in late and most people don't want to be bothered then. So you folks that have tried to get me and wasn't patient enough to wait on the call back my apology. I'm a Owner/Operator of a small business.Offering Handyman services. Special rates are offered for long contract jobs(example mowing of your lawn for the season).

Excellent-good quality from start to finish! Ryan was very punctual and did a great job even doing some extra tasks that I hadn’t originally asked for and treated it like it was no problem. I appreciated all of his help definitely hire again !

Great! Besides fixing faucet so I was able to shower he fixed a on going issue I had with water leaking through to kitchen. Now able to repair damage to kitchen ceiling.

It went very well. I was very happy with all the work done. The floor looks like it was layed by flooring professionals. The toilet does not leak and is level. The lights look great in the kitchen and no problems with the outlet. Ryan got rid of the old toilet and carpet for us which was great because we dont have anywhere to put it until we can get rid of it. Ryan showed up at 9 am and worked until he was done at 5 pm
Description of Work: Carpet torn out and vynil planking installed into 5x6 bathroom, old toilet replaced in same bathroom, two lights replaced and gfci outlet replaced, all three in the kitchen.

Great! Ryan was on time, professional, very cordial and went quickly about the job. Ryan cleaned up the work area after he was finished. And the price was much lower than I expected! I would recommend Xtra Hand to anyone.
Description of Work: I had loose and sagging gutters which were falling away from my house and needed to be re-attached to the roof edge. Ryan at Xtra Hand pulled the loose nails from my gutters, then re-attached and tightened the gutters using clips. Ryan also put a grade, or 'slant' to the gutters so they would drain better. The gutters are tighter and work better than they ever have!

He did an excellent job. He did not waste time and his prices were very reasonable. I give him a 5 star rating! I will use him again for many repairs and small landscaping jobs.
Description of Work: I needed an AC Thermostat replaced. He found the type I needed and replaced it within a few minutes. I also needed some yard work done. He put mulch around my garden, pulled weeds, trimmed plants, and mowed my lawn.
