Description of Work: They replaced 3/4 of the windows in my house and did a fantastic job. Our large front window with a half circle on top caused them problems so the job took longer than expected. The windows were high quality and they appear to have been well installed. Will see this winter how well they insulated around the windows during the installation. Overall they were a pleasure to work with.

Description of Work: During our kitchen renovation, we decided to replace the last windows remaining from the original house. The putty had cracked, the panes leaked cold air, and the sash wouldn't stay up without props. We had used Window Depot before, and the price was reasonable. They offered us three windows - two smaller sashes over the sink and one oversized - in triple pane windows for the above price. They came in when they said they would and the job was done quickly and professionally. They barely even disturbed our cats. It was worth the money to have solid and insulated windows in there.

Description of Work: We started our windows in Aug an here it is Nov 6th an the job was just finnished, Window Depot of Cedar Rapids Iowa, They are a new company, They showed up with out appointment, Measured one window wrong so had to order new one , said well if ya gotta order a new window go ahead an order new ones for garage, waited 2 weeks didnt here from know one an they didnt even return our phone calls, Don finnally shows up an said he had yo remeasure windows an had to give him check, that was sept 23rd. Nov 6th they finnally showed up an finnished the job, the end bill was wrong. said i still owed them for reordering the windows , which i gave Don on sept 23rd. they tracked mud in house destroyed plants didnt clean up their mess. never returned calls an for a small ranch house it took from Aug 20th to NOV 6th to get the job done. wouldnt reccomend them to put window in out house if you have one.
