+ -1 moreJim is a busy guy so it took several weeks to get him booked to replace the water heater. He actually noticed and informed us that it was leaking when he grounded the gas line about a month earlier. He is knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. He arrived on time and did the work in an efficient manner. The area serviced was clean when he left. We felt his charge was fair. He included all necessary rebate information with his invoice, and it was very easy to file. We will use Wagner's in the future. Jim is great to work with.
Description of Work: Grounded the gas line to our fire place and replaced water heater.
