 + 2 moreIt went BADLY! Kyle is a talker, and I was happy that he didn't charge by the hour. However, he is not a worker from our experience with him. He was hired immediately end of the year, and he asked for 1/2 of the cost up front. We gave him 1/2 the cleaning cost ($150) plus half of the cost to do the other repairs ($1100), but he did VERY little. By 3/5 (65 days later) he had only removed a cabinet and filled some holes. Kyle had a lot of excuses-- Had to go to dentist for broken tooth Had to have dental surgery Death in family Hurt knee Had another job that needed to get done etc etc etc About ready to fire him when he asked for another $300! Kyle was told, as soon as you do the work, you'll get more money! This is NOT someone we would ever recommend. We have no way of knowing whether he has any of his professed skills, or whether his team can actually clean a house. We will be seeking restitution from Kyle and TLC through the courts.
Description of Work: Called originally for 'Move out' cleaning of a home that had been rented. Kyle came to see the house and give an estimate. During this discussion--which was held approximately 12/30/15--Kyle offered many other services at a fairly low price. He claimed to be a Master Contractor, and said he could do this job. We hired him.

Description of Work: At first, they did a great job for my home. But the more I used them, the more shortcuts were taken. For example: I had them place up a number on my house, and while they placed it where I requested he did not ask me to take a look at it before he moved on. Some things they have done have not lasted or were a little shoddy. Stripped screws, lopsided..etc. Then came the phone calls asking me if I had more work for him. Soliciting the services to refinish my kitchen, etc. I stopped answering and started looking elsewhere for help.
