Steve and his sister were a pleasure to work with from the beginning of the process to the end. Our job was so small it was hard to get anyone interested in it at all. We found The Floor Shop on the recommendation of a friend, and we are very glad we did.

I'm sure this business is good at what it does but when it comes to respect for a potential customer, the gentleman has none. He recently came to my house to give me a quote and by the end of our conversation he refused to give me a quote based on his presumption that I was gathering multiple quotes to find the cheapest not the best and he basically accused me of wasting everyone's time. Who is competing for who's business here? Even if I was looking for the cheapest, why would that be wrong? The fact is I was not looking for the cheapest, I was looking for who was the most respectful and informative. I have dealt with multiple contractors in the past and the ones I've selected have not been the cheapest, they were the most impressionable and educated me on their product and service. So, if you want a floor re-finisher who respects you and yours do not hire this guy! I'm a flood victim in a neighborhood full of flood victims whom have flooring needs. We talk often.
