Steamatic cleaned and sealed the tile & grout in my kitchen (10' x 12' area). The tile had never been professionally cleaned since it was installed 15 years ago. The results were amazing, the floor looks just like new. The grout was dark gray and after cleaning it, it was totally white! I plan to have this done every year now that I know how fantastic the results are.
