Had a window air conditioner under warranty, once I finally was able to get ahold of them and schedule for them to come out, the repair tech diagnosed the main issue with the air conditioner, (compressor) and then relayed this information to me and then called his employer and then he told me they could not replace it due to not working with the specific type of refridgerant(r22). had to use a different company to get it replaced.

The technician who helped us was very honest, nice, and professional, He was able to identify the problem accurately, and our dishwasher has worked perfectly ever since. I was by his impressed by his service, and I would highly recommend Stately Installs.

I called Stately to repair our GE electric double oven which was originally purchased in 1993. This was the first repair on these ovens since originally purchased, which is quite noteworthy as well. The oven control started showing a code of F1 and beeping. Stately arrived and determined that there was a fault that called for replacement of the control. However, as it turned out, the control was no longer available. He removed the control to send to a rebuilder, which was the only available option. On this first visit, he charged us for the service call, but did not charge us any further visits. This cost was approximately $80 (we live in Palo). He told us that it would cost about $250 to repair the control. He called us immediately upon receipt of the repaired control which took about 2 weeks. I verified the receipt date from the date on the box, so I knew he was prompt. He installed and tested the control. However, a couple of days later, we found that the temperature sensors to the ovens must be reversed, sensing the temperature for the other oven. We called Stately and they promptly came out to check this out. It turned out that this was a simple switching of the leads. I was surprised that GE had made the 2 plugs identical. If they were different, this could not have happened. Rick (from Stately) says that most often, these plugs are different.Rick was always prompt, very honest, personable and professional. I only (maybe unfairly) downgraded Stately slightly for professionalism since this is a small operation and phone calls go to his mobile phone and may not be picked up immediately. He held to his stated cost for the repair, which was quite fair considering the lack of available service parts. I also know that his mark-up for the part was also very fair due to a little investigative work on my part.
Description of Work: The repair was made to the control board of our GE electric double oven originally purchased in 1993 which displayed an error code. The reason for the error code had to be determined, which was due to a fault in the control board. The board had to be removed and sent in for repair. A return trip was necessary to install and test the control. Another return trip was necessary to correct sensor plug-ins. See the details for exact descriptions.
