I overheard a conversational exchange between the main person, Curtis, and his helper that arrived after him as, "What the ****, etc.". The carpets were cleaned and the spots were lighter than before but not gone. He recommended putting fans on to help speed the drying process. We stepped through the rooms afterward while the carpet was still wet and pushed down and they said they were done. I turned on the ceiling fans in the rooms and opened Windows. I also placed a floor fan in the hallway. They added on an additional fee for the hallway because their "normal" is 20 feet and my hallway was 30 feet. The coupon did not specify there was a length restriction. Only thing mentioned was a room constituted 300 sqft or less, which one room was 12x20 and the other 11x12, well under the 600 sqft and they couldn't do 30 sqft more for the advertised price? Anyway, when I walked in the rooms later that evening, I was VERY surprised to find a 2" x 2" section of bare carpet in my formal living room. It wasn't even in a corner, but near the middle of the floor, in front of the bay window. This was not there before the carpet was cleaned. I immediately called the company and took pictures. It was after hours on a Friday evening but I left a message about this issue. On Monday morning I was contacted by Jamie and she said Curtis would follow up with me, which he did. He came back the next evening and we agreed the spot was not there before he cleaned the carpet. He walked me through all of the equipment and chemicals and denied responsibility. He even suggested our dog dug the hole over the weekend. He said he would not do anything about it and recommended I call Carpetland, which wasn't the first time he brought them into the conversation. He offered their services to me before he ever cleaned the carpet as well and again before he left that day. I didn't get any other follow up phone call the next day so I called back and Jamie had Curtis return the call. He was very rude on the phone and reiterated that he was not going to take responsibility in any way for what happened to the carpet. He said he was the manager, had been doing this for 11 years and the owners would stand behind him. He insinuated that I cut the fibers out of the rug and that I was trying to pull a fast one. He said there wasn't anything more to talk about because our conversation wasn't going anywhere. I told him that I would not use their services again, nor would I recommend them. He hung up the phone on me. I would certainly NOT recommend using this company at all!!

They came on time and did a great job. There was a lot to do so it took them a little while, none the less, they stayed at it until the job was complete. I would use them again.

Derek has been to our home on two separate occasions, and both times did an excellent job. Very careful and thorough. Will be having them come again this spring.

Great! Punctual, pleasant, and professional. These guys were terrific. Did a bang-up job cleaning our upstairs wool carpeting and our basement 'garbage' poly carpeting. Were able to remediate pet stains and aromas. Also cleaned an area rug. Best of all, they were quick... not rushed, but fast enough to impress me with the quality of their work. Nicely done!

After our elderly dog passed away, I wanted to get my entire house cleaned to remove dog hair, odor,dog drool, and any stains. I was told that I would need an estimate because tile and wood flooring costs vary, so a serviceman would be at my house between 10 a.m. and noon. At 12:15, I called to ask where the serviceman was and I was told that he was 20 minutes away. They showed up about 12:45, but otherwise were very professional. The estimate included an additional $500 to clean my hardwood flooring, but the serviceman said they probably didn't need it as the floors were very clean. We decided to have all the flooring except the hardwood cleaned. It took about 3 hours to clean about 2000 sq. feet, and it was cleaned the day of the estimate. We were cautioned to be very careful not to step from the damp carpet to the tile as it would be very slippery. All stains and odors were removed and the tile cleaned beautifully. Some loose grout did come up with the cleaning, but we were aware that it was loose. We had the grout sealed to avoid future stains, but did not buy the carpet protectant as we plan to replace the carpeting within a year. There wasn't any high-pressure sales for additional products. Overall, I was very satisfied and would use them again despite the late arrival.

They were very punctual. I got almost same-day service, if not next day. We were preparing the house for a sale and I thought they did a very good job.
