 + -1 moreI stopped for chain sharpening kit and parts for my chainsaw. Unfortunately I didn't have all the equipment information with me but since I have bought all my Stihl products from the Sled Shed they were able to look up the saw model and serial number and get the parts and an explanation how to use the products. I was on my way in less than 10 minutes. There are many Stihl dealers around but in my opinion none can equal the expertise of the Sled Shed. I will continue to purchase and service my lawn care from the Sled Shed.

 + -1 moreThey cleaned out the old gas and lacker deposits from carburetor and were supposed to get old the snowblower working again. It took a very long time till they got back to me. It ran poorly for the next of a couple of times i tried to use it; then, it stopped all together. I took it to a different small engine repair and it ran like a champ after that.

 + -1 moreWe are very unhappy with The Sled Shed in Cedar Rapids. We took our lawn mower to them for an estimate and they said nothing about a charge for this. We checked the status with them about weekly and finally they said, "next week." More than four weeks after we took it to them they said it was not repairable and charged us twenty dollars. We will never take anything to them again.
Description of Work: It took them more than four weeks to examine our lawn mower and tell us it was not repairable.
