Description of Work: Hired to replace septic system. Guy they sent out for initial tests didn't seem to know what he was doing. He kept making phone calls and had to come back out multiple times for perc test. Lots of delays and "I'll be out next week," but then they wouldn't show. After four months, I called Brown Concrete & Backhoe. They were able to start the project three weeks later, finished in one day, and were great.
