Great! The installer was very flexible about leaving walkways for me so I could access my kitchen and not step on any of the tile he had already placed. I'm sure this was a bit of a pain for him but he was gracious about it and very thoughtful.

I am ecstatically happy with their work, and am so glad I chose them. Customer service was impeccable every step of the way. They know the right balance between giving the customer guidance when the customer needs it, and telling the customer something's a matter of personal preference when that's the case. Upon completion of the project, everything was clean and pristine. I'm so happy that I occasionally think of sending them an "I still love my new floors so much!!" card in the mail, but then they'd think I'm weird. :-P

VERY WELL -- I could not be happier. Tom helped me pick the correct flooring based on what i wanted for my house. He was very fast in getting an onsite estimate, scheduling the work, following through with how things were going. Any follow-up needs I had were addressed extremely quickly. The installers, Jerry and Josh Schumacher were AWESOME -- I have had less than satisfactory experiences with other service people, but these guys were everything I could ask for. They had tremendous experience in installing the flooring correctly and in a quality manner. They took great consideration in asking any questions of me, so I knew ahead of time of any potential problems we might encounter (i.e. previous installation leftovers), helped me move furniture that they didn't have to, and they didn't forget ANYTHING. I didn't have to run around and remind them of this or that to be done. I could leave the house and know I could trust them. They were respectful of my property, my time (very prompt), and my cats :-). I had solicited estimates from a third-party installer from a 'big box' store, who never called me back. I am so glad he didn't, because I turned to Schumacher's and it was the best thing I've done in a long time. I am very grateful to them for making this experience as hassle-free as possible. When I get my house back in order (I'm slow), I hope to take pictures so others can see how awesome tile linoleum looks throughout a house. My friends and family are already in awe of how great the floor looks (they were skeptical of my idea of putting tile linoleum throughout the house -- they aren't anymore :-)). I would recommend this company to ANYONE needing any type of flooring assistance.

It was a very good experience with this company.

It went very well. The only issue is how messy the marble removal was. They warned about the dust involved but even their warnings didn't prepare us for the amount of dust. The floors look great.

We arranged for them to come and measure right away. They came and then scheduled for the install. All of this took just over a week before our new, and beautiful flooring, was installed into our kitchen. They were in and out within a day. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the future. They are an all around A+ team from start to finish!

We wanted to replace the worn out carpet throughout our house except for the bedrooms. The quality of the carpet installed previously was not too great ( we're not the original home owners ). We looked around and found a variety of companies that sell/install carpet. My concern was that there was always some kind of gimmick: 'free' pad, 'free' installation ect. I wasn't fooling myself to think that anything would be 'free', it just meant the cost got shifted to other services/materials or the quality was poor. I also did a lot of reading to try and understand what I should be looking for in terms of the types of carpet, how to tell quality, different types of pads ect. I thought that SCHUMACHER's had a good selection of quality carpets. They were able to answer all of my questions that I've been collecting in my research. Installation went very smoothly and we are very happy with the final result. Compared with our previous carpet, it's like night and day and it feels great. We continue to receive lots of complements from friends and family.

I was pleased with the work.

It went excellent! Because we have a house built in 1910, we had a few special needs that Tom and his crew had to assess. Our upstairs bath floor has to be completely rebuilt because of old flooring, before the tile could be installed. Our bath in the basement has a sealed floor drain, too. They used some type of liquid hardening material to level the floor before they installed the vinyl, and that worked great! And finally, they advised us to use a rubber based pad in the basement in case we had any water issues, which sounded like a very practical move, as well. We are very pleased with their recommendations, pricing, professionalism and service.
