They removed all visible signs of mold from our HVAC system. Since we were not home during the process that is all I can attest to about the process. They were very responsive in answering my questions before the process began and the gentleman who did the work was very pleasant.

Renew did a good job starting a project and taking the money for the project. Where they failed is with follow-up and being responsive to questions about timing. My wife and I started a replacement deck project last September 2021. Most of the deck work was done before Thanksgiving with some additional gates pending. My wife and I have both reached out via telephone and email about timing. Just a general expectation is all we're asking. Radio silence after a half dozen messages. At this point, I feel like we need to engage an attorney to get an answer or to demand a refund for the work not completed. Ridiculously bad communication.

I absolutely love this family team. Everyone was so friendly and man can they get the job done! I was in a time crunch and they pulled it off spectacularly! I had to get mold removed from my bathroom fan and ceiling. It now looks brand new and you cannot even tell there was a repair. I love Renew they are the best I will be sure to hire them in the future for other projects too.

Took longer than expected. Ran into a few problems along the way. But in the end it was a job well done.
