The gentleman did an excellent job stretching my carpet. They moved my furniture! something the last company did not do. I will definitely hire them again.

Listen in detail to the tech as he is explaining the cost to you. Was billed an additional 40.00 for cold air returns and tech said he explained that because they were larger that was an additional fee. Not once did I hear that so listen to detail.

These guys are real professionals. I almost fell for a scammer and, fortunately, found ProSteam instead. They were straightforward on the phone, gave an accurate estimate, did not try to talk me into anything. The technician was polite and professional and very personable. I hired ProSteam to clean the ductwork for the heating & cooling system. I almost fell for a scammer but, fortunately, figured out something was not right and found ProSteam. There are a lot of dishonest duct cleaning businesses but these folks are real professionals. They were great on the phone, straightforward. We talked about the options and they gave me an estimate. The technician was pleasant and professional. No one tried to talk me into anything and there were no hidden or surprise charges. I would definitely recommend them.

The tech provided a clear explanation of what could snd couldn't be done. My couch looks great and when he was done and wrapped up I asked pricing for two rooms to have carpet cleaned. He did not hesitate to get his equipment back out to take care of those for me.
