Prosteam Carpet Care and Restoration

I had carpet repair done. At first it looked okay but, on closer inspection, the patch was not large enough for the area.

They were responsive and did a great job.

Company called to re schedule appt and they were very nice and apologized for having to reschedule

Cleaned the carper very well and got rid of many spots of stains on the carpet

I had not used this company before, but was VERY happy with the results: Couch and 2 chairs, three rooms of carpet and grout cleaning in the kitchen. They were thorough and did a great job as the chairs and grout was pretty dirty, but not anymore! Yay!

No complaints, except I was told the worker would call on his way over, since I did not live at the location. Instead I received a call saying he had difficulty knowing which place was mine, forcing me to scramble from where I was to get in my car, go over there, direct him and open the house for him. Otherwise, he was excellent, cordial, and professional.

The service man called before arriving to alert us he was on his way. He was cordial and wasted no time cleaning the tile floors (473 square feet of tile floors)

Called ahead of time - on time - very friendly and professional young man. My carpet is old and he did the best that could be done.

The company didn't have the proper tools or equipment needed and had to come back and still didn't have necessary tools. Now they need to come back again for a 3rd time to clean edges of the floor by the wall. Totally Disappointed.

Technicians were polite and cleaned up after the project was complete. They did a great job with stretching the carpets!

I was a little disappointed because the spots did not come out of my carpet. I also had a small repair done, and I felt the fee for the repair was high.

We bought a new home and wanted the carpets and hardwood cleaned before our furniture arrived. They were done and the service was professional. I was hoping the hardwood would look better after sealing it but there were still some visible scratches, though they still look pretty good. I have never had hardwood floors so I don't know how to compare this. Overall, we're happy with them. Customer service was excellent!

Very nice owner and crew. Friendly, but professional. Did a very good job. I would definitely use them again. Very reasonably priced.
