This company cleaned the grout in my kitchen and made it look like new!

They quote you a price and it goes up when they come to do the job, they also wanted to charge more to get stains out, that's what I hired them for to begin with, the carpets looked exactly the same when they were done, I would not recommend this company to anyone!

When I contacted this company I said I needed someone to clean the tub surround and grout. I was told that the pro would power wash the tile and grout with a portable power washer. He showed up with a brush and a bottle of cleaner. He did a very good job cleaning the tile but when I asked about the power wash he said he did not do that-another guy does it. I called the company and was given a million excuses but no offer to have the power washer guy do the work. Not good. I feel really cheated.

Do not use the quote they give you on the phone. They quoted around $400.00 on the phone and when they came out they changed the guote to $740.00

Not happy. Smell and stains returned after carpeting was cleaned.

The carpet cleaning was okay but not great. A few stains remained on the carpet. I was not present at the time of the cleaning. I left a key and they came in and did the work. It cost a little more than I thought it would based on the internet advertising.

The Tech was not sure how to repair the carpet seam, but with his knowledge of the product and available resources, did an excellent job! I will ask for him personally again.
