Everyone that I talked to at the office were very friendly and knowledgeable about what I needed. Dave was my service rep and he was very friendly, personable and conscientious. He cleaned out my dryer vent and made sure he did a good job. He cleaned the area around the dryer and cleaned up after himself. I was very happy to have that done. Thanks to the people at Pro Steam. I recommend them and I even gave their number to my neighbor.

Would not recommend because of cost factor. Was quoted price for full house of $159.75 and after tech adjusted price it was more because size of rooms. Thought full house would be that. Should have been told size of rooms would be more.

It was an emergency situation and they treated it as such. The carpet looked good as new!

The workers left my house a mess. They chipped paint off my walls. In the basement I found mouse poop everywhere, they did not warn me about this. I have a two year old in the house, they got mouse poop everywhere in the basement and did not even tell me. All of her toys were right there. A little warning would have been nice.

Tori and Phil were both very professional and polite. They did excellent work.

Our technician was very polite, respectful and knowledgeable.

Small additional charges here and there. Did not pretreat the areas I indicated. Stains still present. I ended up using resolve and got it right up. Not worth the $200. Carpet did not smell or look fresh. Disappointed.

Anthony was wonderful. Very professional and respectful in everyday. He explained everything he was doing and took the time that was needed even though the job was a messy one. I WOULD recommend Steam Pro. I live supporting locally owned businesses.

Technician was pleasant, knowledgeable, explained everything quite clearly.
