James was very kind, quick, and professional. We called on Monday, he came out on Thursday, and we scheduled the work for the following week once we had the estimate. I explained to James what the problem was and he knew exactly what to do. He sent one guy to do the job and he did good work. The soffitt is replaced and looks great and the gutter is positioned better to achieve proper drainage (compared to the poor DIY install that we determined was the problem). I will definitely contact them for future projects.

I have considerable experience as a carpenter. I needed to install a handrail, newel post, and spindles. I knew this would not be an easy job, and I did not have the time capacity to dedicate to the project. I contacted To The Rescue. James was very professional, time efficient, and easy to work with. We discussed the project, agreed to the details, and time estimation. His quote was reasonable. His carpenters were also very professional, and the work was completed in the estimated time communicated. They kept the project area clean. We are very pleased with their work and efforts.
