Pool And Spa Warehouse

3 springs and still no pool. I wish I could give zero stars. BEYOND POOR COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND MANY EMPTY PROMISES TO OUR FAMILY AND MOST OF ALL OUR KIDS. SO MANY DAYS TAKEN OFF WORK AND WASTED.. March 2021 we put our deposit down. Randy said they would install our pool that spring. We waited patiently come July he told us they were behind in pools. We understood and waited patiently once again because things happen. 2022 spring we decided to pop in there to get an update. He told my husband you can put up the pool yourself if you want. We understood they were busy and were told to start calling him weekly. The end of June Randy came out marked our yard said beginning of July we would have our pool. June 28th permit for pool was there. We took off work 3 days and July came and gone along with no calls. Spring 2023 came and couldn't get a call answered so we went in quite upset as we have waited 2 1/2 years, with promises to our children we would have a pool the last 2 summers. Even his pool staff inside the store wasnt surprised by our story and expressed how frustrating the empty promises to many many customers is. Randy understood our frustration and set a date Wednesday June 7th 2023 our install would begin. We got up early, took off work once again to find out they pushed the date back once again. At least this time they called us. But This was the final straw. We demanded our deposit back and still haven't even gotten that. How a company that continues to stay in business with this kind of customer service boggles my brain.

They no called no showed and when I called to let them know that She made sure I was home to let them in the gate and they never showed the owner said Did I tell you to come home! It was unbelievable his rudeness and when I said I depended on that appointment to get my pool closed so pipes don’t freeze I was told not to worry because they can’t freeze unless it is zero degrees out which is completely WRONG! At that time he also said he was not going to close my pool at all because I argued with him! ( I guess asking him about the no show is arguing) but after his ignorant response about the pipes I decided we were lucky they didn’t show because they have no idea what they are doing!!! My suggestion is find a company that is professional and knowledgeable. Spa Warehouse is neither!!

I stopped in on Sept 3rd because we were looking for a above ground swimming pool. We had already stopped at Pool Tech on Saturday Aug 31st and talked with them so we thought we'd shop a round a little. I chated with the manager and he was very polite and very informative and even gave us more to think about but I always seemed like I was a hindurance to him. We were looking at pools outside when he went in to get a price sheet for us. When we came in we waited approximately 20 minutes while he helped other people and answered the phone (there was anotheremployee there). After waiting he came over handed me the price sheet and started to walk away. I did have a couple questions and he did hurridly answer them but I just didn't feel like he cared about my business. We bought the next day from Pool Tech.

The salesman was quite informative on everything about pools and the care that they require. I did learn alot from him even though I did look elsewhere for comparative prices. I did not buy my pool there, only because I found a store closer to where I live. It is more convenient for location when the pool samples need to be checked.

The pool was finally installed, near the end of the swimming season. We had to keep at the company to get the job done and receive all of the items listed on the contract. I did not enjoy working with this company.
