they sealed the skylight, but never provided the e-mail estimate on the four season room roof as promised.

I hired Nguyen Enterprise to put on new vinyl siding including suffitts on my house. They did a superb job and I could not be more pleased with them and the job they did. I have also had many compliments on how it looks and what a good job they did. Nick and his people are very nice, personable and caring people, going over and above what any one else would do. I would hire them in a heart beat to do any other work for me. Do not be afraid to hire them for any work you need done. You will not be sorry. They are the best.

Nick and his team were very accomodating. They did everything we asked of them without hesitation. Nick answered all my questions very clearly and efficiently. Our roof looks great! But, only time will tell the quality of the shingles and how good they were installed. I can only assume that everything will be just fine and if not, I know that Nick will make it right.

I am very pleased with my new roof. The installers were courteous, professional, and friendly. I plan on using them for future home improvement projects and I recommend them highly.

Very poor communication. We had many misunderstandings. Made promises they didn't keep. Were angry and upset with me for wanting things done a certain way. Mr. Nyugen did not supervise any of the work, did not take personal interest in how it was proceeding, (or not!) and did not take responsibilty for his workers. Workers parked the company van in my driveway with a flat tire for 3 weeks on what I was told initially would be a 4 day job then complained about having to spend so much of their own money on gas to get to the job. They did not always have the right tools for the job so had to borrow mine. Will not hire again.
