Installed a sump pump and drainage system in a basement storage area and replaced water damaged Sheetrock with a mold resistant version.

Justin performed the annual service check ($120). The pump was replaced due to broken impeller on old pump ($385). Justin tested out the new pump to make sure it was working properly. Justin called before coming, was friendly, courteous and explained each step of what he was doing.

We're not pleased with the service and they overcharged. It's kind of two fault thing. We didn't read everything over carefully he was just too busy with other things. They put these humidifiers because our basement fan has pump failure.They came out right away when our insurance company came. They did not inform us what they were going to do. They did pull the water out that I was grateful for that.If they're gonna move something they'll charge their customers. They're pricey.

I used MidAmerica Basement Systems in July 2012. They did crack injection which is sealing a crack in a foundation wall. It was something that was there when we moved into the home so I had them come and repair it. I paid $1,000. I have positive feedback, they did a great job. It seemed a little bit expensive but they do good work, at least they did for me and they stand behind their work, because I did have an issue. It was supposed to stop a leak, water was leaking through a crack. They came out to fix it and it did not fix it, it has some issues. But they did come back out and took care of it. I would recommend them to family and friends.

I was experiencing water in the basement for no apparent reason. Tim Farnsworth spent approx. 1.5 hrs trying to diagnose where the water was coming from ruling out one possibility after another. He finally settled on a stubbed out toilet drain that we had never finished off & did a water run test to validate his theory. Tim recommended I contact a septic company. The septic rep determined the septic drain field was clogged and water from the system was backing up into the basement through the toilet drain when my water softener recycled. There has been no water in the basement since the septic system was fixed. I really appreciated the extra time Tim took to identify the source of the problem. rather than just saying it was not a foundation problem.

They found out something had not been installed properly and they installed it properly free of charge. I am completely with them. I would use them again.

Work was completed in only 2 days. Brandon and Justin were very professional and courteous and hard working. I am extremely happy with the job that was done. This was the most expensive quote I received but it was very worth it.

They had a person come to do an analysis of the work to be done and kept me informed before they came. They measured everything in detail and drew the entire thing. They quoted me reasonably and answered all my questions. They seemed extremely professional and I was very impressed with their job. I like their services and will use the same in future.
