Description of Work: My water heater failed, I called in the morning, they showed up right on time later that day. They looked at my setup and gave me two different options with price within minutes. I selected and within a very short period of time they returned with the new unit and installed it. From arrival to finish was about 3 hours and I live about 20 minutes from town and significant replumbing was required as the new unit was larger.

Description of Work: I've had multiple services since first contacting Master Plumbing in April of this year - furnace blower/motor replaced ($700), new toilet installed ($223), dripping faucet repaired ($67), gas line and ductwork for new pool heater ($350), new ball valves installed ($190), and today an AC charge ($275). I bought the Green Club membership for $100/year and have been enjoying those benefits (no service fees, no after hours fees, free safety inspections, and 10% off all services). All employees have been very friendly, professional and helpful. I have no problem using them for all of our heating, cooling and plumbing needs, or recommending them to everyone I know!

We were overcharged initially but stopped at the shop and the service manager said there had been a mistake and promptly removed a cleaning and diagnostic charge. Would use them again.

+ -1 moreGreat work and affordable. Tech was excellent and "if it isn't broke" quote was comforting as he was not trying to up sell me.Things that I really didn't need or couldn't preform on my own.
Description of Work: They were courtious and were prompt to send someone out. The tech did a great job and was well informed,didn't try to up sell and actualy gave me a straight out estimate and finished the job quickly and professonaly.I would recommend them and actually will use them again on our basement remodel.They put in a new shower on and off valve,which was alittle more complicated than what my knowledge is.The tech brought everything up to code.

+ -1 moreThe technician called about 20 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment to ask if it was still a good time and that he was on his way to my home. He was pleasant and removed the object within just a couple minutes. When making payment, the technician asked me if I had a coupon to use towards the service. I wasn't aware of this particular coupon, but he was very patient as I located it. With the use of the coupon, it saved me approximately $60. I really appreciated the fact that he asked about it, which in turn, saved me a lot of money. Would use them again.
Description of Work: A foreign object fell into the garbage disposal.

Called that afternoon about 20 minutes before coming out and took care of all my problems in a very short time frame. I was very satisfied with the work.

+ -1 morePlumber arrived on time. One outdoor faucet needed to be completely replace because the pipe had broken. The other just needed tweaking. He fixed my leaky tub faucet, and even gave me a new plate to go behind the handle without charging me for the it (mine was cracked, and I hadn't been able to find one at the stores to replace it). Snaked kitchen sink drains because they were sluggish. Explained everything that was wrong, and what needed to be done to correct the problems. Was there for just over two hours and charged $300 for labor, which I felt was a bit high.
Description of Work: Two outdoor faucets replaced, Leaking bath tub faucet fixed. Kitchen drains snaked.

Description of Work: We had a leak that occured in the bathtub that went downstairs, we found out that it was some seals that went bad in the fixturing. He fixed up the seals near the faucets. He also changed out the gaskets inside the faucets so it wouldn't leak, which he did for both the sink and the bathtub.
