Good, was able to tie into existing cast stand pipe in my attic after much fishing of pipe.

My experience has been great. They do quality work and it is always on time. I really like them and I feel I can rely on them. I was satisfied with my experience.

They're good. Their pricing was fair. I was a little disappointed with a little bit of the work that they did. The actual work of what we wanted done, they did, it was the way they left things.

The plumber arrived on time and could not have been nicer. We knew the sump pump was bad so the cost was not a shock. We had a coupon which covered the basis service call so that helped.

Installation went great...however, issues arose due to the existing plumbing configuration in our house. The business owner, Dave, and his top plumbers spent considerable time troubleshooting/diagnosing the issue, all the while working with us in a professional and friendly manner to keep us apprised of the situation. Master Plumbing far exceeded our expectations. Because of their prices, friendly and professional service, we've decided to update additional plumbing and heating items in our house. We will recommend them again and again.

The bathtub install went great Aaron went above and beyond.

I accidentally broke off the stem while trying to replace a bathtub faucet. I called Master based on Angie's List reviews and could not have been more pleased. They were at my house within an hour, the service person was competent, professional and friendly. They will absolutely be my first call next time I need a plumber.

Removed welded in piping to old kitchen faucet, and installed a new kitchen faucet with shut-off valve and couplers for easy repair/upgrade in the future.

He covered his shoes when came in the house. Went straight to work and asked if he could be of any further service. I was afraid the garbage disposal unit would have to be replaced, but he fixed a jam and made sure water line was draining well before left. Also asked if anything else was in need of service. He was polite, cleaned up after himself and the price was reasonable. I would use them again and would recommend to anyone. Didn't have a difficult job, but could have unnecessarily replaced garbage disposal unit as I know some would haver. His honesty and professionalism mean A LOT to me.

Work was done efficiently next day after request. Installer was knowledgeable and provided answers to all questions. Cost was fairly high because upgraded efficiency and capacity was requested. New water heater solved the problem of short hot water supply completely.

They responded right away which was great so near holiday. They took care to replace the fittings that were broken and stabilized the faucet to prevent a repeat of the damage.

I've use master plumber in the past. They are honest and have reasonable prices.

Called about 9:30am and the repairman showed up around 11:00am. I thought the timing was great, didn't have to wait long at all. The repairman was super nice, professional & knowledgeable. He wrote up several options for what I could have done depending on my budget needs. He had all the parts needed for the repair with him, got right to work. He explained what had gone wrong & what he was doing to make it right. He was done in no time, now the toilet is working great. I had a coupon so I saved about $59.00, which is great, every penny helps. I would definitely call them again & recommend to everyone!

It was an amazing experience. Mary Jo went out of her way to set a date and keep it even when we switched tubs when she found a deeper one. She listened to our "must haves" and provided the absolutely best solutions. When we requested an earlier than scheduled toilet removal for our foundation work she rearranged her plumbers schedule to accommodate us. The plumber, Erin was amazing. On time, efficient, pleasant to work with an entire day and tireless in getting everything installed perfectly. A+ Thank you for having the ratings for us to find this business. I called at around 10am & asked if the could send someone today as my water heater was leaking pretty badly. The plumber arrived around noon, which was great! Tom was very professional & nice. I went ahead & had him replace the water heater while he was there since it was leaking and I didn't have time at the time to call around for quotes. I thought it was great he was able to do it right away. Unfortunately, I called around for quotes after the installation for the purposes of this review & found I could have saved myself an average of $400. Lesson learned. Should have taken the time to get quotes first. Would love to use Master Plumbing again, but only will be able to if their price is more competitive.

I called Master Plumbing at approximately 10:00am to ask for urgent help after I had tried to fix a dripping bathtub faucet myself and was unable to complete the task, necessitating leaving the water turned off to the entire house. Plumber arrived at 2:00. We discussed options for repair, and I chose to have the existing fixture repaired (less expensive) rather than have a new up-to-date and up-to-code faucet installed. The plumber found replacement parts and installed and tested them. Problem solved. My only area of dissatisfaction is that he was less than kind about my initial attempt to fix the problem myself. With so many plumbers to choose from, I'm not inclined to be a repeat customer or to recommend them to a friend.

He came right out and gave a good estimate. He will be out tomorrow to do the installation.

He did a great job. Ran into a little trouble when the hot water wanted to siphon out through the cold water line but he handled it very professionally and got it taken care of and fixed up perfectly. He gave me a price quote before work began and that was the same exact amount that he charged in the end. Price charged is average - not a bargain rate but not too high either, especially for such great service. I will definitely call them again next time I need a plumber.

Our "frost free" exterior water faucet caused a pipe to burst. They came out to fix it the very same day I called. Aaron was efficient and was able to move it about 6 inches, to a more accessible spot. It cost a bit more than I expected, but they did a great job.
