Description of Work: Changed hoses on washing machine. Company efficient. Technician knowledgeable and efficient. Follow-up call to check on quality of service received that same day within a couple hours. I'm giving a B rating only because I felt the fee may have been a little high. The service and quality of work was very good.

Description of Work: They fixed my furnace, explained to me what the problem was, great service, would definitely recommend them and/or use them again.

Description of Work: Cleaned basement floor drain which drained slowly. I felt that the job cost was too high. I could of changed once I heard the cost but I really needed this job done for my tenant. The job started out ok but I think the guy got frustrated with my newer style washing machine and how to operate so he could test the drain. He was also rude to my tenant and not very professional when he had to come out because she couldn't get the washer working correctly. I can understand being frustrated with the appliance but treat your customers better. They did give me the Angie's list discount after I reminded them about it and I appreciate it but I will not use them again.

Description of Work: We used Master Plumbing in conjunction with a kitchen counter replacement. The counter contractor wouldn't disconnect/reconnect the kitchen sink. faucet, garbage disposal, and drain lines so we hired Master to do it. They were very punctual, courteous, and knowledgeable. I rated the cost as a "C" (average) because I thought the price was on the high side, but that's what all plumbers charge for those kinds of services.

Description of Work: Master Plumbing replaced a sump pump in my basement that had quit working. They were very responsive and their service technician, Rodney, came out the following morning. He explained everything in detail, gave me options of what could be done and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again.

Description of Work: The service call was for installing an existing toilet, installing a new faucet and checking a leak. I got "talked into" purchasing a new toilet, which as I reflect back, I paid WAY TOO much for and the leak ended up being that we needed a new disposal.
