real estate appraisal
+ -1 moreThe appraisal seemed to go well. I got the results back about a week after he said to expect them. The figures related to the appraisal seemed to make sense and were in line with what we were expecting. Our property was unique in many ways, so appraising it was not a simple task. In the end, due to the current market, we expect the eventual selling price to be around $10,000 under the appraised value. The concern I have is that once we received his report, I had problems at first opening the file & locating information I was seeking, and at another time I appeared to have lost the file on my computer and asked for another -on neither occasion did he respond to my E-mail requests for help - ultimately I was able to figure it out myself, but it is not the level of customer service I expect.
Description of Work: Stopped by the house to appraise its value, seemed to be knowledgable and professional and gave it a good look over for the appraisal. Answered all of my questions clearly. Did additional research on his own on similar properties.
