It was great working with Les. We told him what we wanted in the basement and gave him our budget. He created a plan and an estimate and modified it as we asked. We had to wait a little while before they could get started, but once they got to us they were very efficient and responsive to our requests. They worked hard to contain the mess in the basement and to clean up every evening. We are very happy with the results.

Very straightforward and willing to answer questions / discuss the work over the phone, even if he is not the right person for the job. He referred us elsewhere because he told us it would be less expensive for a drywall specalist to handle our small job. Very personable and I appreciated his honesty.

He does work himself and he coordinates for other trades. I have found him to be innovative and reliable. If I need something done and I don’t know who to go to, I simply call Les. He is willing to do research on things and I highly recommend him. He came up with a solution for an outside stair problem; it looked good, it worked better than what we had in mind, and it left less of a footprint in our backyard. He researched the type of staircase, came up with the one he thought was best, and presented the plan to us. He is a very reliable contractor and he does exactly what he says he will. He is imaginative, innovative, and dependable. He isn’t the cheapest but it ends up being cheaper in the end.
