+ -1 moreVery poor. They caused more damage then the repair they worked on. Please see pictures.
Description of Work: I hired Krall Plumbing to work on my rental property that was leaking water from the ceiling in the basement. The plumber removed the toilet to see if it was leaking and replaced it. In the process the plumber cracked multiple times. Krall Plumbing refuses to take responsibility and take accountability for damages they caused. I would go elsewhere for plumbing work because they are not an honest business.

+ -1 moreDon is super knowledgeable and honest. His guys work fast. Their work is fairly priced.
Description of Work: I've called Krall for multiple things recently: clogged kitchen drain about two years ago when we moved into our house, resetting the toilet in the upstairs bathroom about six months ago when we couldn't get it to sit on the wax ring without leaking, and replacing the drain, stopper, and faucet in my grandfather's bathroom just two weeks ago as we prepare to sell his house.
