About us

I am a true Iowan! Born and raised in Cedar Rapids and I have never moved away. Why move when I feel like I already live in one of the best cities in the country already?! The only career I could ever see myself happy at was being in real estate. But it wasn't something a person can just jump into and I knew I'd have to wait until the timing was right. After graduating with my Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, I started managing a local business and did for that for the next 7 yrs. While I gained a wealth of knowledge and met some amazing people, ultimately I knew that's not what I wanted to do for the rest of my life and so my thoughts came back to real estate. It was my dream job and why not go for it! .... so I did and this takes me to where I am today.... Loving real estate and the great company that I work for!! Coldwell Banker Hedges provides a family-like atmosphere. Coldwell has high expectations for all of their agents and they provide the best tools in town for marketing and getting homes sold in a timely manner.

She didn't even follow the rules set forth in the contract. She failed to divulge there was a shared well. She failed to supply convanents and restrictions. They were required to be delivered and she failed to do so within the required time. When we were waiting for her to deliver signatures. She sent my Realtor an email that she was going on vacation for a wedding for 10 days. Extremely unprofessional. She violated the written contracts. Her broker (owner of the company), mistakes were made and he paid us back for her mistakes and admitted she didn't know what she was doing. We lost the house.
Description of Work: I was going to buy a house. Kelli Feickert was the listing agent and represented the seller.
