He didnt show up when scheduled. He does not have equipment to handle large trees. Wehad to call him each day to see why he didnt show up or call the previous day. It took him over a week to do our tree. He doesn't have regular help - he and his girlfriend do most of the work and other days he had a different guy to help. Very slow worker. He finally to call in someone else to take the trunk down & haul it away. My husband ended up working with them all day on a sun just to make sure they stayed there to work all day. This was after putting up with their showing up for a short while each time previously & John had told me earlier that they were only going to do 2 branches that day - he actually was overheard saying it was going to take the rest if the week to finish. He is very unprofessional. We would not recommend him unless you have a small tree or want it done cheaper than other companies would charge.

.Horrible experience, was told to stop the job and leave after several weeks of once again excuses on y they couldn't show, also the bid was for 5000.00, and later called and wanted another 5 grande, we found out that they were charging us for extra brick for someone else or themselves. Tried to get us to pay for the skid loader that sat in our drive unused and also for disposing of the RR ties that we had already said we had a place for free but he wanted them......Job was never finished by him. It took us several months to find someone to finish his mess.
