 + -1 moreWhile Jason showed me a couple of properties, when it came time that I wanted to list two properties of my own he seemed very disinterested and advised me to continue advertising on Craigslist. I think he didn't want to be associated or deal with anything other than prime real estate and one of my houses was very nice... but in a neighborhood that is considered undesirable. The other was an in town acreage that had a good garage, but the house needed to be raised or completely redone. I think real estate agents should take anything offered as you never know what other business it will lead to. But Jason was always friendly, prompt and not afraid to submit an offer that was low. Because of his first impression, I would have used him to buy the hose I bought in October for $118,000. But when he showed such disinterest in selling my properties, it made feel as if he looked down on me. For that reason I stopped using him.
