+ -1 moreThey had done work for us before that we were happy with so I called about having a blue spruce removed. He returned my call the next day and came out immediately to give an estimate. The price was great so we accepted his bid. He was at our house the very next morning. The tree came down safely and he also had his crew trim some ash tree branches away from our house. He immediately ground out the stump and hauled away everything. The yard was left neat and tidy. The whole job was completed 48 hours from my initial call! We were very happy with the service, price and personal interactions. We will continue to do business with this service.
Description of Work: James Tree Service removed a tall blue spruce tree, ground the stump, trimmed part of an ash tree, and removed it all from the property.

+ 0 moreI have called so many times to have them take out a stump that they didn't take out a couple years ago. I haven't had any response and have wiped them off. When I used them the first time they were very reasonable, did a good job, and they cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them, but good luck trying to get a hold of him.
Description of Work: I contacted them to have 3 trees removed and another tree to have the stump removed. We used him in the past to remove some shrubs form the front of our house. They also removed a tree that blew over from a storm.

+ -1 moreThey did a very good job. Their pricing is very reasonable. They gave me a very good deal. It took them a while to send someone out. I will use them again if they promise to send someone out quickly.
