A few days ago, on Thursday may 26th the owner of the company John was driving down my street going 40 mph in a 25 mph zone and hit my 11 week old puppy named Asher!! Asher's vet bills have almost reached $10,000 and they are still accruing. We have asked John to help us financially and needless to say he refused. He doesn't think there was anything he could have done to prevent hitting my dog!! I cannot say one way or another anything about his work because I haven't ever used his company but what I can say is that he lacks compassion, empathy and is unwilling to take any responsibility in what happened to Asher. With that being said I am simply asking that you reconsider before you decide to use this company for your remodeling needs. Use a company with an owner who will take financial responsibility for his part in a tragic accident.

I contacted John because a Realtor we knew in the area highly recommended him. He was professional and courteous when he arrived, answered all the necessary questions and concerns. He was supposed to get back to me on Monday with a quote. More importantly I stressed to him that the sliding glass door will need to be replaced first as to concentrate on that estimate. Monday came and went.... I reached out to him on Tuesday, he just finished talking with the supplier and should have an estimate for me later that day....didn't happen. Wednesday...no word from John. I called him on Thursday and he again stated that he just finished talking with the supplier, again. This is where the experience turns sour. I told him that I wasn't all that happy with the lack of communication and was concerned that this would continue if we were to hire you. We were going to hire you John based on the recommendation we received. It was until you said that you "wouldn't lose any sleep" and "didn't care if we chose you or not". This is not how to run a business and treat a potential customer.

Most of the work we were very happy with from the beginning. The areas we didn't think were good enough were redone, and the couple of mistakes that were made because of misunderstandings were corrected to our satisfaction and John did everything he could to accommodate our concerns. He was very professional throughout and stayed in constant contact even up to the time he was scheduled for surgery to repair some damage to his foot he had injured on another job. Since that time, John has completed or oversaw a few minor jobs we wanted completed around the house. We enjoy having him around and consider him to be very honest.

He is nice and timely. He will fix anything that I ask, little or big, it doesnt matter. He is very reasonable.
