They were great with everything and very professional.

The company was excellent providing pre-purchase services such as showing different makes, models and styles of various flooring. They were friendly and helpful with questions and allowing to take home samples. Then after the product was installed I was first met with disbelief that the grout had multiple and large areas of air-pockets in it. I had and issue with the billing that when I went to the store no one could help me with because the sale associate I had purchase the flooring from was on vaction. I had to wait until she returned a couple weeks later. Upon her return since the finance company was on hold because of my dispute she just canceled the financing outright and left a message on my phone that she had done this and I had to "come in and take care of this or pay amount in full with another method of payment." Then two tiles had defects where one was bulging and eventually cracked and another had a half inch bulge that eventually burst revealing a nail left in the floor underneath it. This was within the first month after installation. I tried calling my sales associate and received nothing in return. I have since submitted a complaint with the BBB.
