Description of Work: Over a two month period they were contacted four times about doing a small job and promised to come over the following week after each of the the first three calls. I gave up on them and my wife made the 4th call. They came over that day and began to do the job, but he said he needed to go back to the shop for a part or parts we needed and that he would come right back and that was over two weeks ago and we never saw him again. I finally finished the project myself, although probably not very professionally. We tried to stick with them because in 2014 they came and did a very professional gutter job for me. It just weird to have such a "Jekyll and Hyde" experience with the same company in a little more than a year. Our condo association keeps a list of reliable companies to do business with, but I could not recommend them because of our experiences this fall.

+ -1 moreIt went well. They matched the gutter guards to the color of my roof, which was nice. They look good and will hopefully last for years. A couple of small things prevent me from giving them an A+. They left kind of a mess in the backyard after cleaning out the gutters and some mess in the front also. Main thing that upset me was they left my back gate wide open. I have 3 small dogs and this could have been a disaster. They wanted payment as soon as the job was done and I like this. That way, I am not waiting for an invoice. It's all done right then and there. Promised to send me a receipt in 2 days but they signed off the estimate as paid in full.
Description of Work: Cleaned gutters and installed new Leaf-Free gutter guards.

+ 0 moreEstimate was timely. Estimate accepted. Work preformed as promised. The only glitch was when he forgot to call me that he had to take a bigger job with a regular contractor and forgot to call me to move our work date. An apology was forth coming immediately. We will use these services again. We are a 6 building, 2.5 story condo complex NW side.
Description of Work: Gutters were inspected and concerns evaluated including preexisting concerns where leak were. Our request for hinged downspouts were incorporated into the plan. Recommendations made by Gish's to redirect water to reduce ice on parking areas.
