Description of Work: Josh and his son installed hardwood floors throughout our entire condo (1900 sq. ft). First of all, he is incredibly nice, professional, and excellent to work with. He did everything he promised, and it came out beautifully. We are so happy with him and would recommend him to anyone who is looking for excellent workmanship, quality, and someone who is just great to know!

Description of Work: Josh installed solid oak hardwood flooring on our entire main level. This included the bedrooms, kitchen, living/dining room, and entry way. The stain he mixed for us is gorgeous and exactly what we were looking for. He was very professional and responsive to our requests. Would definitely recommend him and use him again in the future.

 + -1 moreJosh was great to work with. Our biggest concern about installing hardwood floors was our lack of experience. We needed to work with someone who could guide us through the process, not just give us a list of materials and tell us it was 'personal preference'. Josh is personable and seemed happy to visit with us about why people choose the various woods and stains that they choose. He made a recommendation of what he would do, and we went with it. The floor looks amazing! We were surprised at the low price, given the amount of area we covered (the entire second floor of our house except bathrooms). We wanted to get moved into the house as soon as possible and Josh and his partner worked late into the night to get it done ahead of schedule. We feel like we can still call Josh if we have a question about maintenance. All-around great experience!
