I purchased an older mobile home the end of February , in which the previous owner didn't take very good care of it. So it was in need of the roof coating, pressure washing, some of the siding needed fixed and replaced and the shed needed a new door and some siding. shortly after looking for someone to do the repairs on angies list, Bill called and stopped right out with his son. They did all the projects I wanted them to do and did a Great job! Especially the shed. They went above and beyond. Bill and his Son's are very respectful, down to earth good people. Im not sure how long I'm gonna keep my mobile home as it's my first one and I'd like to purchase a regular house in the near future but if I need anything else done, I'm definitely giving them first chance.

They called right after we submitted our request! They arrive shortly after. We were given a quote and information on what needed done and supplies . We received repair same day!! Very kind , hardworking and reliable!

I needed to have a dying tree removed and needed a large damaged branch from another tree removed. The communication about the project was great, and they were able to start the tree work quickly, which was important to me because I was worried the damaged branch could come down at any moment. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

They did a great job cleaning my gutters and installing gutter guards. My roof was very high.

Called, showed up, and completed the job all in one day... But then it rained and I discovered that a few in the back were not installed correctly (not a huge surprise since he had his 17 yr old son do it). Called him and he came out and fixed a couple. The next time it rained there was still a couple not working properly (the rain was completely bypassing the gutter guard and running down the side of my house ruining my landscaping). I called and left the message 3 times...no response. I looked at my front ones and could see how poorly they were installed (there was plastic still on 1 of them). Left a message that he had 2 weeks to come to take them down and refund my money or legal action would follow. Never replied or showed up!!!! Small claims case now pending.

Evans Roofing did a great job cleaning moss off my roof, checking & cleaning the gutter guards, and power washing the house as well as the garage. After a little miscommunication, Bill came out right away (I needed it done quickly for insurance reasons). Years of build up ment they spent several hours doing it right. They explained everything that they did and a few days later called to check that I was still satisfied with their work.

Evans Roofing did the sloppiest job I have ever seen in my life in my opinion they are just out to get your money I would never hire them again. I did not get what I paid for still waiting for them to finish the job. When they walked on my roof they put holes through the ceiling in my house now I have to hire another contractor to fix that. I do not recommend this company to anyone be aware I think there are scammers and rip-offs all I want is money. If you have any questions please feel free to call me at 319 651 1***. I also hired Evans Roofing who put siding on my house they use all my siding and did not get the job done I have to go out and buy more siding to finish my home I had plenty of siding to do the job but the way they cut the siding and the people that they hired to do my siding did not know what they were doing so again I got ripped off, job not done.
