Eric is someone you can trust which goes a long ways in this industry. He's so dependable and trustworthy that that I had him work alone when we were at a family gathering. He is very prompt, quickly diagnoses the problem and gets its fixed right.

Eric and helper were prompt, courteous and took care of everything. He even suggested trying a used fan motor, which saved money.

I was EXTREMELY PLEASED with the work that Mr. Heinrich performed!!! He was polite, professional, honest and friendly. He's the kind of repairman you can really trust to do the job well without racking up a bill! My dryer quit working I called him at noon and he was out to fix it that evening. He went through the dryer and trouble shot all the different problems it could be until he'd eliminated everything except for the motor. The final determination, after some testing, was the motor was dead. When I was talking with him I learned that he does other handy work as well and believe he has the character to do great quality work with whatever he does.

Eric replaced some rotted soffit boards on the front of my house, which will greatly improve the curb appeal. He also replaced 16 boards of siding on my detached garage that had rot and carpenter ant damage. He was very responsive and efficient! Eric was true to his word with a schedule and the estimate. He also called me when he found more damage than expected and the cost was going up slightly.

Eric and his partner Skip are the best. They were highly recommended to me by a local realtor when I bought my house. They have repaired many things for me the past few months. I haven't found anything these two can't fix. They are fast, professional, very reasonable priced and do qualty work. I highly recommend them.

Eric was referred to me by Kevin with One Call Home Repair who was no longer in the business. I caleld Eric and he got back to me promptly & scheduled a time about 2 weeks out, that fit in my schedule. He and his coworker came out a few minutes early and did a fast and excellent job of repairing the cat fence that is attached to the top of my chain link fence around my large back yard. They clamped 15-20 brackets onto my cat fence, cut out the old twist ties and added zip ties on all the new brackets. They also repaired the back of my chain link fence--reattaching metal wires, adding stakes at the bottom, and zip tying them to the fence. Plus, they diagnosed a lighted deer holiday decorating, that only was only half-lit. I thought the lighting wires had been cut, but they were actually ties that looked liked wires. They showed me the approximate location of the burned out LED light. They wrote me an itemized invoice for the 2 hours of work. They were professional, courteous, and easy to work with--willing to do exactly what I wished regarding the repairs. I'd definitely call them again and would recommend them to my friends.

Called on 9/30/15. They were able to come the next day for a quote. They arrived a few minutes early and were able to do the job right then and there. Did a beautiful job on the caulking and paint touch up. I am very pleased. I will be hiring again for full house painting and other repairs in the future.

Eric tried really hard to fit me in because my refrigerator just stopped working on a Friday. He went out of his way and came down and diagnosed and fixed the problem. I was lucky that no parts were needed and I am very grateful to Eric for fitting me in

Eric and his partner came out mid afternoon to look at a window in our basement that needed finish work. They asked if I had time available- which I had the same day. They went to Menards for materials and were able to finish out the window nicely in just under 90 minutes. The results look excellent.

I've used them before as well. They came at 9 am and painted the ceiling in the living room, dining room, bedrooms, and hallways. They did a really good job. I was very impressed with the little amount of mess they made, they cleaned up well. They were professional and it didn't take long to complete the work, they were done by 11:30. The price was great, I was very comfortable having them in my home. I plan on using them again.

Mr. Heinrich was professional and courteous. I was happy with his work and will definitely consider hiring him in the future. He knew what he was doing with the jobs I gave him to do for me. Very nice person.

Things went VERY well! These guys are punctual, professional and quick but thorough! They can do a lot in a short amount of time. Took down the shutters on three sides of the house, painted them twice, and re-attached them all in four hours! Would have taken my husband three days to do! Well worth the money spent!. Also had them clean the carport area and paint the youth room at our church! Great job!
