Description of Work: They arrived late, but they called to let me know. The package was 8 hours of cleaning for $99. I should have known they would send their B team with regard to a mom and her teen daughter on summer break. I originally hired them as I thought professional housecleaners would do a more through cleaning than I would. I was wrong. They cleaned "around" everything. The daughter cleaned the bathrooms and didn't even wipe the countertops. I asked her if she was finished with them and she said she was, but after wiping my hand across around the sink basin, the dust gathered on my hand, I showed it to the mother who promptly tried to follow up when her daughter had failed. I felt like I had wasted my time and money as I had to re-clean several areas after they left. They were nice enough, but the cleaning was less than a professional clean. Certainly not "done, done" as advertised. Sadly, when they finish the job, they give you a sheet to rate them. I was entirely too generous as I hate to hurt feelings, not to mention, I hadn't taken the time to really look at their work as I was there the whole time but tried not to hover over "professional" cleaners.

Description of Work: I purchased 2 hours of handyman services for 59.00. One handyman cut and installed glueless fiberFloor in my small galley kitchen. He removed the doors off my refrigerator and moved it out of the kitchen; layer the floor and nailed the trim on. Moved the refrigerator back in the kitchen. He was done in 2 hours. I'm very pleased with his work. He wasted no time and was very professional.

Description of Work: They never even got me an estimate. Called a couple of times promising it the "end of the week", but a basic no show.

Description of Work: Done Done did apologize to me and have called in a plumber to do the work to make things right. I will be having this work done in August and will reevaluate. I did meet the plumbers and was impressed with them. I also appreciated Done Done addressing this.

Description of Work: Took nearly three full weeks to get an estimate. If they can't deliver an estimate I'm frightened to imagine the quality of their craftsmanship.

Description of Work: We thought the thoroughness of cleaning was average at best. Had to request that they do more even though we had paid for the time. Just not very impressed.

Description of Work: Removed old car siding on front of garage. Installed new board. Painted soffit, fascia & trim.

Description of Work: They removed the old carpet on the screened in porch and replaced it with new carpet. Also fixed a broken screen door. They did a good job, but what I really appreciate is that there were a couple things less-than-perfect that they happily fixed so that I was 100 percent satisfied. Last winter they also installed a mailbox for me. There was a lot of snow on the ground so it was hard to see how far into the street the edge of the mailbox was initially. When spring came it was clear it needed to be moved back so that cars did not hit the mailbox. They happily took care of this. I will continue to use Pat and his team!

Description of Work: Rachael arrive just a few minutes late, she had difficulty finding my house , but upon arrival she got right to work cleaning. I paid in advance for 8 hours and she worked consistently the entire time. Description of Work: I had lots of little odd jobs that needed to be done: hanging a swinging chair on the porch, putting up bike hooks in the garage and changing the battery in a headrail 16 feet off the floor. Everything was done quickly and to my specifications. I am very pleased.
