Description of Work: Too expensive, so I couldn't use them. But they did respond in a timely way and were very helpful. They do everything, apparently, from 2-hour jobs on up.

Description of Work: The team from Done Done tore down our old deck and put up a beautiful 3 seasons deck for us. The team was timely, professional and courteous. They did such a good job with our patio that we hired them to fix up some small projects in our house as well. I HIGHLY recommend these guys for any of your home repair needs!

Description of Work: Replaced 8 windows, an interior door to enclosed porch, cabinets with laminated tops, electrical outlets, and new flooring making the porch a very usable and nice looking room on an old farm house. The work was performed in a tidy, professional manner with any problems encountered explained and satisfactory solutions provided. We were very happy with the final result and are looking at future projects for "this old house." |

Description of Work: I did a major renovation on a home I purchased, that included gutting kitchen and bathroom and refinishing wood floors throughout, among other things. I found Done Done Services based on reviews on Angie's List and I was not disappointed. They were able to schedule the work to begin on the exact day I needed them to (the day the previous owner moved out), and told me it would take 4-5 weeks. I planned on 5 and scheduled my move accordingly. I had a crew come before work began to discuss the project and my needs with me and talk about options. Throughout the project, they were good about keeping in touch and asking questions when things came up that they were unsure of. Even though I added a number of pieces to the project throughout, they were still able to finish on time. I was always welcome to stop in and see the progress at any time. They were always professional. Though it didn't delay my move, there was a delay on getting the floors refinished, which had to be about the last thing done -- this was beyond Done Done's control and was a problem with their subcontractor; in the end, despite the delay, he did a fantastic job on the floors. There was also a delay with installation of kitchen counters -- again, beyond Done Done's control. They were cut incorrectly by manufacturer, so had to be re-ordered. However, Done Done did cobble together temporary counters that I was able to use for the extra week this took. My only complaint is really the result of my own inexperience with this sort of project. I should certainly have assumed that all the extra pieces and add-ons I asked for would cost me money. However they did not keep me apprised of these increased costs throughout, so I was sort of taken aback by the amount of the final additional invoice. Again, I could have and should have been asking for the info -- but given the end cost, it also would have been nice to be kept informed. Except for this, Done Done was just great to work with, friendly, efficient, professional. And they kept the job on track throughout. I couldn't recommend them more enthusiastically.

Description of Work: Checked out our kitchen faucet to locate the problem and replaced it.

Description of Work: I asked for a quote for some minor repairs that needed done (leaky faucets, etc.) Someone showed up (late) to see what all needed done and estimate cost. With every single item, he said that it couldn't be repaired but I could have it replaced. I have quite a bit of experience with these issues and know that to be false (I would have fixed it myself but I work out of town and am only home for a couple days a month). I called another plumber who fixed all the problems for less than $100. He installed a new toilet KIT rather than the "required" new toilet that Done Done said was necessary. He changed an o-ring on a sink that Done Done said needed a new faucet. He also found a new faucet for a different sink in stock at Menard's. Done Done told me that it was impossible to get faucets for that style sink and the whole sink would need replaced. I guess Done Done has never been to Menard's.

Description of Work: I had never hired a cleaning service before so I wasn't sure what to expect. They provided good information and did a fantastic job in cleaning my home. I wouldn't hesitate in using the service again in the future.

Description of Work: They cleaned my home and did a fantastic job. I only wanted them to clean my 3 bathrooms and all the floors and I couldn't have been more pleased. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and hard working ethics. Two people worked for 4 hours solid. Would highly recommend them and would hire them again in a heart beat!!
