They were very punctual and did an excellent job. The estimate came in very close and when they were done they cleaned up after themselves.

Pat did an estimate and was quick to get back to me. When work began the employees were quiet and clean. John did a great job updating on me the progress of the job and making sure things were being done the way I wanted. The completed project looked great and I am happy with the price. I would recommend Done Done for their quality and courtesy.

Progress was rather slow due to commitment to other jobs. There was always at least one person working from start to finish. The installation of the ceramic tile took awhile, but the outcome was excellent. The fee included labor and all of the supplies

We are in the process of preparing our home to sell. We contacted a few different companies for estimates for the ceiling texture work , and let each of them know that we were interested in having the work done as quickly as possible. Done Done was able to do the work in the time frame that we needed at a reasonable price. When I initially called Done Done on 9/10, I spoke with Pat, the owner. He told me that he was very busy with other work, but he would contact me later in the week to do an estimate. The office manager, Sherry, contacted me on 9/12 to let me know that they had fallen a bit behind, but that Pat would contact me as soon as possible. A contractor who works for Done Done came to do the estimate the next week. The price seemed reasonable for the work we needed done, and was quite a bit less expensive than another estimate we received. We let them know on 9/20 that we would like to hire them, and a gentleman came to do the work the very next day. We are very pleased with the work that was done. The gentleman who did the work was very professional. He made sure to tape off the areas he was working in very well, and did a great job cleaning up afterward. There was no mess left for us to clean up, which was really nice. The ceiling re-texture looks great, and blends in very well with the previously existing texture. We would definitely hire Done Done in the future.

A bit pricy but was comparable to other estimates we had done--beautiful work, clean, and professional.

The experience started out great. The company came in a few days and provided an estimate. The initial estimate included replacing a front door as well for around $9000. That was above my budget, so I removed the front door from the project. While the pricewas $1800 higher than another estimate for the same work, I chose Done-Done. The workers arrived with a truck and trailer full of wood/supplies. This was following a day it rained. They turned around in my wet, landscaped yard leaving four 9 inch x 9 inch x 15 ft ruts. The estimate included 50 hours which I was told would take a week. Seemed reasonable. When the job was completed in about 30 hrs, we were happy. I pointed out to the owner (Pat) that they had finished ahead of schedule/underbudget, hIs attitude changed. He stated gruffly, "a quote is a quote.". I told him I know this and planned on paying. I just wanted him to know i knew this. The reason i wanted him to know this is because when the workers were removed the old deck, they made a comment to me that they were told by Pat to bring the wood to him for possible use on another project. The quote included dump fees. Ths was a concern. I also pointed this out to Pat and he again stated " a quote is a quote and I can do what i want with the wood.". This was upsetting. I then pointed out that I felt charging someone for things that would not be done, was inappropriate. This really upset him. I then pointed out the discount he obtained for the supplies that he charged me for as well. He stated he paid "exactly" the same as i would have paid. This was not true per Menards. Pat later stated he marks these supplies up by 20%. He then stated the quote was for $50/hr/worker and not $50/hr. The workers did a great job, but did not clean the porch and 4 posts were crooked. I corrected this on my own. I pointed it put and received no reply. I fixed the yard at my exPense.

Overall, good experience. I would definitely use them again.

I was doing some drywall repair and stupidly sawed into a water pipe behind the wall in the evening. After temporarily stopping the leak, I consulted Angie's, chose Done Done and made an appointment. The repair guy was there first thing the next morning, was courteous, quick and evidently performed good work, since it's still dry.

They were quick to respond, bid and perform. They did a great job on a house I bought last year whose windows, storms and screens that were not cleaned for a decade....I WILL hire them again.

Everything went really well. They were punctual, responsive, and on budget. They followed all of the lead abatement procedures and cleaned up every night before they left. I would definetly hire them again and would recommend them.

Tim from Done Done arrived on time, ready to go. He assessed the problem, then went to pick up materials. He did neat tidy work. The job took a while, but i could tell he was doing good work. Worth every penny. Kudos to Pat (owner, I think) and Sherry who answers the phone. Nice people.

Estimate given in a timely manner. Performed work when scheduled. Workmanship excellent. Installer easy to work with. Final cost close to estimate. No surprises with final bill. Would recommend and would use again

They were among about 6 estimates we got for our bathroom. We choose them because of the lower price and that they were able to start the soonest. Our bathroom was very old, and the pipes behind the shower had been leaking for who knows how long. Our bathroom had just a shower stall and no tub, and we wanted a tub put in. We basically needed the layout of the bathroom to flip flop - the tub to go where the vanity was, and the vanity to go where the old shower was. To do this they would have to jackhammer through our concrete slab floor to add a drain for the new tub. We decided that we would do the demo and then Done Done would come in and do the rest. We ended up not being able to finish the demo - we still had the ceiling left to tear out which was more than we could do so Pat told us he would give us a good deal on his guys finishing the demo for us. They came in Monday and finished the demo. The only complaint i can say i had was i wished they would have put some plastic up sooner before tearing the ceiling out. We ended up with dust/insulation throughout the house. They did eventually put it up though. Once they got to redoing the plumbing, they found the pipes were almost completely filled with build-up and gunk from years of use and a lot more of it needed to be replaced that originally estimated. Pat again gave us a good deal on the additional work. The guys were always very nice and professional when they were in our house, and got their work done. The whole job took about 3 weeks from start to finish. Pat was always very quick to respond to any questions i had while the job was being done. We love our new bathroom and can barely believe it is the same room! I would definitely recommend them if you have a remodel job.

Working with Done Done was great, no complaints what so ever. Very fast return on getting me a bid and was able to start almost right away with remodel. Very friendly employees and great communication through the process. The completed work looked amazing.

Response to all inquiries very fast. Visit to home to get details of work needed and offer job estimates soon after inquiry. All work done on time, very professionally and competitively priced. Workers were all pleasant and cleaned up after themselves. Recently I inquired about a shower door and expressed a need to have the job done within 2 weeks if at all possible. Done Done was able to find a door that fit my specifications and have it installed within 2 days. It is rare to find people willing to accommodate a customer like that and I really appreciated that effort. The front deck is very nice, adds a lot to the house's curb appeal, have received many compliments on it.

I love my kitchen! It's been a few years since the remodel and I'm just as happy now as I was then. The quality of their work was excellent. Joe was reliable and I felt comfortable having him in my home. Any potential changes to the original estimate were discussed so there were no surprises. I have used Done Done for many projects, both large and small, and they are the first people I will always call!

I had a rental property that needed some quick repairs. I was on a deadline to get it ready and called Done Done to help. The workers were very professional. The work was not only completed in a timely manner, but even better was the quality of work was excellent. They explained things to me when I had questions. I was very pleased with the results, and would definitely hire them again when I need work done around my home as well. I was also pleased that the cost was so reasonable for all that they did.

It went fine, job was completed in a week and they got it done done. I am happy with the work and will use them again in the future.

First of all, I'd like to comment on their general attention to caring for your house while the remodeling is in progress. When I asked for an estimate, they arrived on time and listened to my wishes. I went to Menards and photographed and noted product codes on each item I wanted so I got exactly what I selected. No surprises and no pressure to do something other than what I asked for. The charges on the estimate were obviously displayed. No hidden charges. They showed up when they said they would. Each night, they cleaned up their mess and briefed you on the progress thus far on the nights where our schedules overlapped. They charged what they estimated, not the actual time it took to do the work. I had some concerns when the interior painter took forever to complete the project, but thankfully I was only charged the estimated hours. I gave them a key to my home, I trusted them that much. The finished work turned out good. It's now been about two years since the last project was completed and it still looks good. I would hire them again for additional projects.
