Description of Work: We had two large and two smaller trees removed and a few other trees trimmed. The stump grinding was done separately and was completed a few days after the trees were removed. The debris was removed and dirt was used to fill in the depressions. The added dirt formed a mound where the larger trees were removed. This wasn't excessive but it would have been preferable to have the dirt compressed so that the areas were flat with respect to the surrounding ground.

Description of Work: I contacted this provider to trim a tree in my back yard. They gave me an estimate of 850 but said because of the type of tree it needed to be done in the winter. Since it was mid summer 14 I asked for their help in chipping and disposing of 30 bushes I took down. That service went well. I had the tree trim scheduled for this winter. I get a call Jan 15 to say they will be over the first week of February. Then called Jan 28 to move it out a week. Then called Feb 9 to move it out a week again. I did not hear from them or see them after Feb 9 th. I called on march 9 and canceled. |

+ 0 moreThey are great and they are the best. The scheduling was excellent. They are Johnny on the spot and it didn’t take them long. They call you before they come. When they are out they do a great job. They also grind the stump below the ground and work with the electrical company to mark everything off. The person that lived in our house previously had bunch of wood out back, and they disposed of it free of charge. We will use them again this coming spring.
Description of Work: They removed 2 trees for us in June 2013 and 3 trees in November 2012. They have also done tree trimming for us.

+ -1 moreIt was fine and we have used them about 2-3 times now. They are expensive, but they do a good job. They will always call you back and they are prompt. The cleanup is always good. They have also done stump grinding for us. They got the job done in a couple of hours. We have woods behind our house and we have also had Oak trees taken down before by them.
Description of Work: They removed 1 Fir tree and a Weeping Willow tree. They also trimmed some trees.

They act, to me, like my job is of no importance at all, otherwise, there would have been follow through. D & D, I called and left a message on voice mail. A week later, I got a call back, but was not home, so it went to my voice mail. I called again, voice mail, and no return call. I understand that these companies are busy. I do not understand the total lack of any customer service. I expect to be treated like any other customer. Maybe I am... Paul
