+ -1 moreIt didn't. A simple reply of we can't fix this would have been better.
Description of Work: Nothing-told me to drive my phone to another location to get estimate on whether they could repair the cell phone. Or I was given the option to leave the phone at the kiosk and someone would pick it up in a day or two and then let me know if they could repair the charger port.

+ 0 moreThe charging port connection for my cell phone had deteriorated over time. Some connectors worked if you positioned them a certain way. Eventually, nothing worked. I brought the phone to CR Cell Phone Repair. They gave me an estimate for 1) diagnosing the problem 2) repairing the phone, 3) the amount they would charge for the work performed if they were not successful in fixing the problem (the cost of the part plus the time to diagnose the problem.) Replacing the phone would have cost me several hundred dollars; having it repaired by the cell phone provider wouldn't have cost $100+ dollars, and would have taken one or two weeks. The phone was fixed perfectly for $67 overnight.
Description of Work: CR Cell Phone Repair replaced the USB charging port on my cell phone.
