 + -1 moreTook my laptop in because it wasn't working, they said the hardrive was bad so they put a new one in. I thought It just needed a new screen, I did not ask for a new hard drive in It so he said he wouldn't charge me for it. So I went home and it was the wrong hardrive. There was no drivers installed on the computer, it was pretty much a shell of a computer. So they took $200 and in return I got a computer that now turned on but still didn't work. I called and complained and they insisted they did nothing wrong and would not be fixing it.
Description of Work: Computer screen needed replaced on laptop.

 + -1 more"Whatever it takes" is how I would describe the attitude at Computer Heaven. The screen on my Lenovo laptop dimmed. I'd had this happen once before, but the software-based fixes didn't work this time. I took it to Zach at Computer Heaven, who spoke the dreaded words, "I've never seen anything quite like this before." As it turned out, he put about seven hours into research and multiple attempts to correct the problem, and finally succeeded. All that, and he charged me less than $200. He's got a customer for life.

 + -1 moreEverything went extremely well. Zach answered all my questions and didn't rush me out of the Shop.
Description of Work: I took my computer in to Computer Heaven to have it checked out as I felt it needed a "tune-up". Zach performed the function at that time and removed what was causing my problem. He then gave me his evaluation of the computer. I paid the minimal fee he charged me and left his shop with my computer within 30 minutes of arriving . Zach was very upbeat and professional.

 + -1 moreHe was very personable. However, all he did was mess my computer and more. We had 2 computers in the house, and mine was still working. It is a small portable laptop type of thing. My husband has the desktop, and it was not getting online. By the time he left, he charged me over $200. Neither one of us won, so I wasn't very happy. He was on time. He actually showed up before he was supposed to. It is a good thing we were here.
Description of Work: We used the services of Computer Heaven 2 weeks ago. He messed my portable laptop, and he wasn't able to get my husband's desktop online.

Zach is very straight forward and honest, and their prices are more than fair for the experience you get. I will always take my computer needs here and recommend them to anybody! I use them both at work and at home, and will continue to do so!
Description of Work: I have had several service visits with Computer Heaven. From diagnosing small computer issues to a complete overhaul- they have always been very helpful. Zach has even helped my office set up new computers.
