Description of Work: They repaired the seal on a toilet. We’ve used them previously for additional work. They were great to work, scheduling was easy, they were prompt and called ahead of time.

Description of Work: Installed new furnace. Did a great job and in less time than I thought it would take. Very professional!

Description of Work: New fireplace with slate tile and beam mantle. PJ did a beautiful job on the finish work! One hiccup on when he was coming to start tearing off the existing mantle and tile, but it all worked out ok. This is the 2nd home we've used their services and we were happy with both jobs.

Description of Work: Steve Thatcher provided the estimate and was excellent. We needed some major problems corrected and new equipment installed. The estimate was detailed and addressed every issue. The work included replacing an HRV system, replacing defective ductwork (didn't realize how bad until we started the tear-out) and installing some new ductwork. They showed up on time, did quality work and finished on schedule. The installers who did the work had to revise the plan several times without delays or reduced quality. The final product was much better than we could have hoped for and the cost was exactly per the estimate although I know they had things come up that wasn't in the original plan. Wouldn't think of going anyplace but Colony in the future.

Got estimates from 2 other providers, Colony had the best price and offered extras the other's didn't include (adding dampers to existing ductwork to improve temp control). | |I've always enjoyed working with Colony. They explain things well. Do what they said they'd do, and more. I would go to them first for any future work.

Description of Work: Furnace would ignite but not stay ignited. Company have a Lennox Furnace expert, and he was able to fix the problem once in for all. Also want to note that employee Mason who performed the initial diagnostic tests, etc. could not have been more pleasant and punctual, and showed a very obvious concern to get my problem fixed. Highest marks for him, and the Lennox specialist. I will without hesitation tell my friends to call your company with any and all heating, and air conditioning problems. I am highly satisfied with service I received.
