+ -1 moreJon did a great job. We were concerned that there was no way the bed side rail would look the same again when the split happened. Jon reassured us that it would look as good as new. And, he was right! You would have to really, look hard to even tell where it had been. He reinforced the frame as well, and told us how to support the mattress and box spring even better, with a low cost solution. He refinished the area as well, to add stability, and make things match. We really couldn't imagine it looking better than it does. We will definitely call Jon if we have further wood repair needs.
Description of Work: We have an antique, family bed that had a split in the siderail of the frame. Jon repaired the split, reinforced the frame, recommended additional ways to strengthen the frame, and refinished the piece, to add stability.

Brightwell Enterprises offers the following services: Wood furniture repair and refinishing. Glueing broken parts, touch up nicks and dents, lots of antique refinishing. All work done by hand, no big dip tanks or harsh chemicals. Recliner chairs - I do lots of these if parts are available.
I do not do upholstry or chair caning.
