They were professional and efficient. They were detailed oriented and thorough. I was very happy with the results.

Only completed replacing water heater and re-piping 1 out of 10 fixtures in 2 days. Already had a leak. Charging us full amount ($6,885) of re-pipe after firing them. We were told it would be 1 maybe 2 days of work.

It went okay, except the one I purchased didn't fit. He had one with him, but came with an inflated price. Needed the work done, so I went with it. There are probably less expensive plumbers out there and will use them only as a last resort.

They were here July of 2014. They could clean up when they were done. It was just like not as tidy and clean as other people have been. The price is a little bit high.

The plumber was punctual and nice to work with. The prices are astronomical. Yes I called them in on a weekend and paid the fee for this. One valve was leaking in the wall so I could not say no to the cost of the repair. I felt that the price I paid for the parts and service was excessive. I complained about the service when I received the client satisfaction email survey. No one ever contacted me even though I replied stating my dissatisfaction with the price.

I would not recommend them. However they get to your location first and they were not clean.

The plumber was great, but the price was way too much for half hour work at noon on a Thursday. I payed 179 dollars for this service

Very well. The only complaint we had was that he did not clean up after himself very well. My wife thought he was expensive but I felt it was reasonable.

We called them on a Saturday night and they were there Sunday afternoon. After snaking our sewer drain and cleaning out all the roots, they told us that we were going to have to replace the pipe. Doing so would include taking out the giant tree in our front yard, digging a hole, and then replacing the pipe. This would cost THOUSANDS. We are brand new homeowners and this was not good news. After they cleaned everything out, our pipes worked just fine as long as we don't overload the drain. It's been a couple weeks since they came out and we've only had a couple minor backups (because we overloaded the drain). We've called for a second opinion from a different company in hopes that we don't have to replace that pipe, as it was starting to sound that way. My only complaint is that while they were working on the pipes, they backed up the water in our kitchen sink and almost overflowed it - and proceeded to tell my better half that they wouldn't clean it up if that happened. Not sure how much this stuff normally costs, but $360 seemed a bit steep - thank goodness for insurance! We were very happy with how quickly they came out and discovered the problem!
