Plumbers provided estimates for work, and work did not exceed estimates. Arrived promptly when expected. Work conducted professionally.

This company is charging $218 for a sink installation, $149 for valve installation and another $218 for a toilet installation. These prices are 40% higher I have received from other plumbers for the same job. I had guest arriving and had not choice but to pay them what they were demanding. I recommend shopping around before scheduling this company. Having said this, they arrived when they said they would and the plumbers handled my obvious frustration with the cost in a professional manner. The work was also of good quality.

Went fine but felt put off by price quoting. Were going to charge me $2000 for a hot water heater that cost me $700 at mennards. I understand mark up but that's pretty crazy. The technician was polite. Seemed efficient.

The guy was very polite and helpful and said tjis is the prices off my sheet and that is the quote.
Description of Work: I'm not going to use the service because of the lump pricing that was in the quote. They have prices that might not even fix was is needed to be done. Installation of a hot water heater includes the removal of the old one but that has already been done myself.

After a review, and some water cleanup, he was able to successfully troubleshoot and fix the backed up sewer drain. Dare I say that the prior owner liked golf - there were 3 golf balls that finally decided to clog the pipe. Really super guy to come over on an evening call. Very professional, and patient. Will definitely use this company for future emergency and non emergency work.

Very professional: showed me the price up front. Price was very high, but the guy did the job quickly and well, and gave me good advice. He had the discretion to knock off the service charge, and volunteered to do that.

Description of Work: My sump pump was not working properly (water was flowing out of the pump, not the discharge hose). I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing at 8:00 pm and by 9:15pm the plumber (Joe) was here. After inspecting the problem, he explained to me in detail what was needed and gave me some options. He installed a new pump to fix the immediate problem and we agreed on a long term solution to be installed the next day.

They were okay in my office, but at home they were not good. They didn't seem knowledgeable. They were inexpensive, courteous and right on time. I would recommend them to a friend or a family member. I will use them again in the future.
