Shawn doesn't live up to his promises. My tree was removed by excellent tree clmber who was to lower the branches by rope but, since Shawn forgot to tell him that the lawn was damaged. Promise broken. Tree stump was to be ground out and dirt added to fill hole. Stump is still above the ground surface so no dirt was added. Shawn left alot of saw dust over the stump to disguise this fact. Another promise broken. When I got ahold of Shawn he said that he did a great job and will not even come back to look at the stump that is a tripping, mowing hazard. Shawn will make alot of excuses after he says the job is done. Also a couple of limbs were left behind in the clean up but Shawn said how does he know that they were not already there.

This company has been extremely irresponsible with our HOA. They were only coming out every 2 weeks and then stopped responding to our board at all. It has now been over 2 weeks since our lawns have been mowed. No professionalism or accountability at all. They sent a third party in last time on a little Cub Cadet to do the work and there were parts of the lawns that were missed entirely. And now there are brown spots starting where the grass is dying due to laying on itself. Not to mention our weeds are out of control. I would pay a high schooler to mow my lawn before putting this company in charge.

Our condo association hired this clown in October 2021. At first he was lovely to work with. He really wanted to earn our business. That quickly changed! He has lied to us countless times, talks in circles and no follow through. I wish I would have read all the reviews before we hired him! It is literally like de ja vu, reading them! On August 12th, he sent 2 idiots out here to mow. They showed up at 3:00 in the afternoon and did a horrible job! They had no clue what they were doing and were done in 2 hours (takes at least 4 hours to mow the entire condo association). We were told Shawn hurt his arm and couldn't mow! He then sent a message saying that he would mow on August 27th and shocking he didn't show up and on same day he was supposed to mow,sends us an email stating that he will no longer be able to fulfill the contract that was to be fulfilled until October 2022! 1 mowing in August! Please trust me when I say DO NOT do business with this double talking, money grabbing, clown! So glad we are done with him! * check out his response to me! Always lies and NEVER takes ownership of his failures as a so called "business man." Constant excuses after excuses! Lies after lies! I NEVER sent an email to Shawn! Please by by all means, produce the emails! Lol! No wonder he told our V.P., condos are easy money! Mows 1 or 2 times/ month and makes $3200 from us! WOW! Just for the record, I don't lie! 100% truth! You Shawn, are the one lying! Pictures don't lie! Stay far away from this clown! All hype!

The end product was exceptional and price of service extremely reasonable. Shawn and his team worked tirelessly to complete the job in the time promised. He was extremely responsive and willing to get the work done as soon as possible.
